Sell As-Is

Through the years, I have had the opportunity to work with a variety of realtors - both as a buyer and as a seller (and actually as a coworker for about a year). Tim Sheaffer is a great one. We bought a new home in Tucson through Tim and found him to be thorough, organized, responsive, and patient. It took us a while to figure out what we really wanted and where we really wanted to look and he stayed with us through that entire process. As we began to narrow our search, we found his area knowledge and honest guidance to be very useful to our process. We are VERY pleased with how this purchase turned out - and Tim was integral in getting us to that point. We would definitely work with Tim again and recommend him without qualification. And just to be clear, I have worked with some other outstanding realtors - and Tim is as good as any of them.

Tim Sheaffer was a huge help to us in April 2015. He took us to a number of condos, gave us his ideas and advice, and most importantly he was with us through the course of buying our condo. He helped us with the paperwork and helped us through the whole process. We'd definitely call him if we were selling or buying property again.

I highly recommend Tim as an agent. I recently concluded a deal where he was the agent on the other side of the sale, however I found him trustworthy and direct to the point which is a huge asset in my opinion. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him to do work for me in the future.

Tim is one of the best realtors we have ever used. Buying a home from out of state can be difficult but Tim went above and beyond to help us with all parts of the purchase. He is a man of integrity and great character, we could see that in every step. He is someone you can definitely trust to represent you.
