Tim Sheaffer was a huge help to us in April 2015. He took us to a number of condos, gave us his ideas and advice, and most importantly he was with us through the course of buying our condo. He helped us with the paperwork and helped us through the whole process. We'd definitely call him if we were selling or buying property again.

Tim is one of the best realtors we have ever used. Buying a home from out of state can be difficult but Tim went above and beyond to help us with all parts of the purchase. He is a man of integrity and great character, we could see that in every step. He is someone you can definitely trust to represent you.

I highly recommend Tim as an agent. I recently concluded a deal where he was the agent on the other side of the sale, however I found him trustworthy and direct to the point which is a huge asset in my opinion. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him to do work for me in the future.
