Tim is one of the best realtors we have ever used. Buying a home from out of state can be difficult but Tim went above and beyond to help us with all parts of the purchase. He is a man of integrity and great character, we could see that in every step. He is someone you can definitely trust to represent you.

Tim Sheaffer was a huge help to us in April 2015. He took us to a number of condos, gave us his ideas and advice, and most importantly he was with us through the course of buying our condo.
