Tim is knowledgable, communicates well and is easy to get a hold of, and makes you feel at ease when you are around him. He has already facilitated a land purchase for us, at a GREAT price, took us to see a bunch of homes and then was encouraging when we decided to go ahead and build instead of buy! He is now about to help us sell our current home as we finish that build. Would recommend him for any type of real estate needs you have.
