I highly recommend Tim as an agent. I recently concluded a deal where he was the agent on the other side of the sale, however I found him trustworthy and direct to the point which is a huge asset in my opinion. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him to do work for me in the future.

We bought a new home in Tucson through Tim and found him to be thorough, organized, responsive, and patient. It took us a while to figure out what we really wanted and where we really wanted to look and he stayed with us through that entire process. As we began to narrow our search, we found his area knowledge and honest guidance to be very useful to our process. Tim Sheaffer was a huge help to us in April 2015. He took us to a number of condos, gave us his ideas and advice, and most importantly he was with us through the course of buying our condo. He helped us with the paperwork and helped us through the whole process. We'd definitely call him if we were selling or buying property again.
